Absolutely shocking site, stay clear of games, November 29, 2021

Worst horse racing site by far, very poorly designed, so decided to close my account.. I was transferred to a company called Just Answer. My request to close the account let to a flurry of computer-generate nonsense, then I copped $66 charge to my credit card under the name Tech-Geek. I sent a request to immediately credit of that amount to my bank. They suggested a “lawyer” (computer-generated for sure) would resolve it for another $52! Worst experience ever. Opened an account and placed a £100 bet, after placing the bet found out I could not log in because they had closed my account due to a trading decision. Cannot withdraw any of my balance or see the open bet I placed. November 25, 2021

I tried to set up an account and tried to deposit £100 but they took £400. They have said it’s nothing to do with them and it’s my bank but when I’ve spoke to my bank there is no issues on their end and have confirmed it’s 100% bet 365. When I went back to them to complain they were very rude and unhelpful and said it’s nothing to do with them. I still don’t have my £400 back and because I’ve made a complaint they have closed my account and said they don’t need to give me a reason for the closure. All I wanted was my money back. I have had an account with Bet365 for years. Their website is very user-friendly, far more so than their competitors, which is the main reason I keep an account with them however their website can be very unstable. My main beef with Bet365 is settling of bets when there have been scratchings before the race. It can take anywhere from 2-8hrs to settle bets and generally only after you complain. They can never give you a timing or reason for the delay when you contact them - just that it will be looked into and given the highest priority. It is just BS and more BS. They may be the biggest but one of the worst when it comes to customer service. If it wasn't for their website wouldn't give them the time of day. My advice is to avoid qt all costs.
