Started the £50 bonus, won 1 horse race bet and they RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT to £1 max stakes so I have zero chance of even fulfilling the absolute mess of the wagering that they require. Happily keep accepting deposits, however as soon as you want to withdraw, BAMMM! We require 3 different types of identification, happy keep taking my deposits though. I sent off driving licence, bank statement, and photo of card. They have the cheek to come back a week later and say they can't accept the bank statement, so now they require a 4th. Absolute con job, just want to keep everyones money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Literally one of the worst bookies out there, so so bad.

Deposited and tried to withdraw, they told me it was a requirement that I MUST wager it before withdrawing my funds (which isn't true, they have a legal obligation to give your money back from your account, as per the gambling commission website: "Players must not be made to meet wagering requirements before they can withdraw money from their deposit balance"). Eventually they acknowledged this and let my withdrawal go through, but they then immediately closed my account. They're flat out liars, best to avoid.
