West Indies and South Africa are going to meet up for the second T20I game in the North Sound in the three-match series. The first game didn’t fetch any result as the game got abandoned due to rain. West Indies’ regular captain Stefanie Taylor is not going to participate in the series due to an injury as Anisa Mohammed takes the reins as captain. The game is going to start @ 06:00 PM GMT.
South Africans would have been disappointed because of the rain as they made a substantial 135 runs in the first T20I. South Africa’s top order drove them to 76 runs after 13 overs and a late flurry by Laura Woolvardt who made 35 off 21 enabled them to score 135. West Indies lost Hayley Matthews’ wicket after their most talented batter in Deandra Dottin got retired hurt earlier as rain took over with the hosts at 21 for 1 in 2.5 Overs.
