Former world number one, Spaniard Rafael Nadal will miss six weeks due to a back injury. Because of the injury, the tennis player will not perform at the next three tournaments.
Earlier Nadal withdrew from the Masters tournament in Indian Wells in the U.S. because of a back injury, which he did not have time to heal before the start of the dirt season.
He will miss tournaments in Barcelona, Monte Carlo and Madrid due to the injury. According to predictions, the Spaniard will return to the court at the Rome Masters.
Nadal played his last match in January 2024. In the match 1/16 finals of the tournament in Brisbane, he defeated Austrian Dominic Thiem.
