Djokovic Sets Hard Court Masters Win Record At Indian Wells

On March 10 at the ATP-1000 tournament in Indian Wells, the world's number one, Novak Djokovic from Serbia, defeated Australia's Alexei Popyrin (ranked 69th) in the second round with a score of 6-2, 5-7, 6-3.

This victory marked Djokovic's 265th career win at hard court Masters tournaments, surpassing the legendary Roger Federer in this category.

In the third round, Djokovic will face Italy's Lorenzo Musetti (ranked 123rd).

The tournament in Indian Wells, USA, is taking place from March 6 to 17, with a total prize pool of $8.9 million in the men's singles category. The defending champion of the tournament is Spain's Carlos Alcaraz.
