Djokovic Aims to Return to Court After Injury in Coming Days

Twenty-four-time Grand Slam champion and former world number one Novak Djokovic is planning to resume training in the next few days, according to Sportal.

The Serbian tennis star aims to start with light training sessions in preparation for the tournament in Doha, which begins on February 17.

It's worth noting that Djokovic withdrew from his semifinal match at the 2025 Australian Open against Alexander Zverev due to a thigh injury after losing the first set 6-7 (5-7).

Although Djokovic has previously won the Australian Open twice while dealing with injuries (in 2021 and 2023), this time, the 37-year-old athlete was forced to end his participation in the tournament.
