Talon and Team SMG have become the first teams to qualify for the ESL One Berlin Major 2023.
This happened after both teams won five matches each at DPC 2023:S2 for Southeast Asia. Team SMG earned a 2-0 win against Army Geniuses on the maps. Nevertheless, AG can still make it to the major, as the SEA region got three slots in the tournament.
Division I of DPC 2023:S2 for Southeast Asia runs March 13 through April 3 in an online format. The teams are competing for $205,000, 920 DPC points and three slots in Berlin's major.
ESL One Berlin Major 2023 will be held in Berlin from April 26 to May 7, following the second season of DPC 2023. 18 teams will compete for a prize pool of $500,000 and 2,700 DPC points.
