CS coach and analyst Alexey "RuFire" Burakov spoke about the Falcons Esports team from Saudi Arabia exclusively for Telecomasia.net. There are a lot of rumors about this team lately.
RuFire commented on the rumor about possible joining of Nikola "NiKo" Kovač and Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov:
About NiKo - that's for sure. The guys are just assembling a star lineup, it's unknown whether Ilya will go to Falcons or not. If we take FaZe as an example, the team proved that if you take five star players, it won't ensure your victory at tournaments. Although there will be Snappi in the lineup, he's not really a star, he's just an average captain, he's making good calls and he's an average player, this is kinda cool actually. I like what the organization is building, but I'd change Boros for someone else, he doesn't look like he belongs there at all.
RuFire also expressed his opinion about assigning Danny "zonic" Sorenen to the position of the coach:
Zonic is the strongest, most influential, significant person in cybersport. He was a father figure in 1.6, and in CS:GO he dominates the scene, if I were to name the best player or the most important person in CS:GO, I would choose him because zonic is the coolest, he's cooler than s1mple, ZywOo, m0NESY, he's the best. So any team with zonic is destined for success.
Earlier Dosia called s1mple the most toxic player.
