A positive doping sample was found among the participants ahead of the start of the Summer Olympic Games-2024 in Paris. This was reported by the press service of the International Testing Agency (ITA).
Iraqi judoka Sajjad Ghanim Sehen failed the test for banned substances. He has been suspended from the 2024 Olympics but has the option to contest the charges at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and can request the results of his B sample.
