Cybersports club Team SMG has officially introduced the team's Dota 2 coach, who will help the team at The International 12 (2023). Lee "Heen" Seung Gon from Team Secret has become the coach of the team.
There were rumors in the network that Clement "Puppey" Ivanov would coach the team, but now it was reported that this position will be taken by "Heen". It is not yet known what position Puppey will take at TI12.

On October 7, SMG announced that Natthaphon "Masaros" Ouanphakdee will not go to The International 12 as he was unable to get a US visa. He will be replaced by Nigma Galaxy off laner Ivan "MinD_ContRoL" Ivanov. This was first reported by Telecomasia.net back on September 29.
The International 12 will be held from October 12 to October 29 at LAN in Seattle, USA. 20 of the best teams in the world will take part in the championship. At the moment the prize pool of TI12 is a little more than $2.8 million dollars.
