There have been mass protests in France since June 27, sparked by the killing of a 17-year-old teenager by a police officer. During the unrest, there have been clashes between protesters and police officers. The riots were the largest in France since 2005.
The 2024 Olympic Games will be held in Paris from July 26 to August 11.
