Tournament organizer ESL announced the list of participants for IEM Cologne 2023 on their social networks.
G2 Esports, FaZe Clan, Team Vitality, ENCE, Heroic, Cloud9, Natus Vincere and GamerLegion received invitations to the group stage. The distribution was based on ESL world rankings.
MOUZ, Apeks, 9INE, FURIA Esports, Team Liquid, Imperial Esports, The Mongolz, Grayhound Gaming, BIG, Fnatic, paiN Gaming, Monte, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Astralis and Into The Breach will play in the Play-In stage.
IEM Cologne 2023 will take place from July 25 to August 6 in Germany. Twenty-four teams will be competing for one million dollars in prize money. The champion will also get a slot in IEM Katowice 2024.
