Cybersportsman said that players are still exploring the update, so the meta is in the process of change.
So far dyrachyo does not know which heroes have become stronger with the release of the update:
It's hard to say anything about the [7.35] patch because it was released two days ago. It takes time for people to start feeling the new broken heroes and for the meta to settle, and I can't single out any IMBAs yet.
On the night of December 15, Valve released a major update 7.35. The update introduced new items to Dota 2, rebalanced old items, and affected characters and the map.
On December 16, Gaimin Gladiators defeated Azure Ray 2-0 to advance to the championship finals, which will be held on the 17th of the same month. The opponents of dyrachyo's roster will be determined at a later date.
