Baltimore Orioles pitcher Matt Harvey has been handed a 60 games suspension as he admitted to giving his former team-mate Tyler Skaggs a drug called oxycodone. On the other hand, Eric Kay, Angels' former employee, was the one who gave the drug to Matt has been sentenced to up to 20 years in prison.
