The lightweight bout between Russian fighter Zubaira Tukhugov and Joel Álvarez of Spain will take place on February 12 at the UFC 284 tournament in Perth (Australia).
Tukhugov, 31, had his last fight at UFC 267 in October 2021, beating Ricardo Ramos by unanimous decision. On his record he has 20 wins and five losses.
Alvarez, 29, lost by TKO in the second round to Arman Tsarukyan at UFC Fight Night 202 in February 2022. He has 19 wins and three losses on his record.
