Former UFC middleweight champion Australian Robert Whittaker revealed when he will end his professional mixed martial arts career.
Whittaker said in the podcast Demetrious Johnson:
I'm thinking about wrapping it up around 36. That's what? Two and a half years. I feel like 36 is a good age to actually have a solid crack at something else, whatever it is I want to do, you know? If they give me a title fight next, I would be happy.
Recall, Whittaker's next fight will take place on October 26 in Abu Dhabi (UAE) at UFC 308.
Whittaker last fought against Ikram Aliskerov in June of this year at UFC on ABC 6. In that fight, which was stopped in the first round, Robert won by knockout. He has 26 wins and seven losses on his record.
