UFC CEO Dana White has spoken out regarding the organization of a possible joint tournament with the PFL league, the main event of which would be a fight between Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou.
Should I [co-promote with PFL]? We’ve got one, two and three [largest gates in Madison Square Garden history], they can’t sell a f****** gate. It’s a stupid question. Why would I do that?
Recall, on the night of October 29 at the evening of boxing in Saudi Arabia, Ngannou lost by split decision of judges to Tyson Fury. He has 17 wins and three defeats on his record in MMA.
Jones last fought against Ciryl Gane in March 2023 at UFC 285. In this confrontation, Jones won by first-round choke hold and won the heavyweight championship belt. He has 27 wins and one loss on his record.
