American heavyweight fighter Walt Harris has been released from the UFC after receiving a four-year suspension for using anabolic steroids.
The 41-year-old Harris has not fought in the octagon since June 2021, when he lost to Marcin Tybura by technical knockout in the first round at UFC Fight Night 189.
In 2023, Harris was set to face Josh Parisian at UFC Vegas 77, but just days before the fight, he failed a doping test and was given a four-year ban.
Harris has a mixed martial arts record of 13 wins and 10 losses, with one fight declared a no contest.
