In an exclusive interview with Telecomasia.net, Taras Kiyashko, coach of Alexander Volkov, shared his predictions for the upcoming fight between Khamzat Chimaev and Robert Whittaker at UFC 308.
"That’s a very intriguing fight. Physically, Chimaev is much larger. If Whittaker can maintain distance, strike effectively, and avoid being controlled on the ground by Chimaev, the fight could indeed go the distance," Kiyashko stated.

However, if Chimaev manages to take him down in the first round like he usually does, his size and physical strength could lead to a quick finish. Either way, the fight will be exciting. I have a lot of respect for Whittaker as a striker and a fighter. The size will be a key factor.
The fight between Khamzat Chimaev and Robert Whittaker is scheduled for UFC 308 in Abu Dhabi on October 26. They were originally supposed to fight in Saudi Arabia on June 22.
Chimaev remains undefeated with a record of 13 wins in his professional career, while Whittaker has achieved 26 victories alongside seven losses.
