Former UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski of Australia shared his opinion on the upcoming fight between Leon Edwards and Belal Muhammad at UFC 304.
Bloody Elbow quotes Volkanovski as saying:
I thought [Edwards] was quite aggressive in their first fight, and I think we're going to see that again. I feel like Leon Edwards is gonna feel like he can be a bit more aggressive with someone like Belal.... I think he's gonna let his hands go, which is gonna make him a lot more dangerous. Leon Edwards is really good.
Edwards, 32, last fought in December 2023 at UFC 296, defeating Colby Covington by unanimous decision. He has 22 wins and three losses to his credit.
Muhammad, 36, hasn't stepped into the octagon since May 2023, when he defeated Gilbert Burns by unanimous decision at UFC 288. He has 23 wins and three losses on his record.
