BKFC Fist League fighter Paige VanZant, formerly of the UFC, commented on her upcoming debut in the Power Slap 8 slap tournament, which takes place June 28 at UFC Apex.VanZant said in an interview with the UFC:
When I first saw Power Slap, I thought, 'Holy sh*t, that's insane.' When I see stuff that's crazy and exciting, it instantly just makes me want to do it. I'm definitely an adrenaline junkie, and I have been since a very young age.
VanZant had her last fight against Misfits Boxing middleweight champion Elle Brooke in May 2024. That confrontation went the full distance and ended in a draw.
