Undefeated Irish UFC fighter Ian Garry at the press conference before UFC 292 criticized his rival Neil Magny for his controversial comments on parenting.
Recall that the day before, Neil gave an interview in which he made an inappropriate comparison, saying that beating Garry would be as easy as giving "your son a whooping to kind of teach him life a little bit."
At the press conference before the fight at UFC 292 the welterweight fighter harshly responded to Magny:
He’s going to sit there, and he’s going to be f*cking quiet. There is no f*cking right to ever put your hand on a kid, ever – discipline, anything. He’s to sit there and be quiet.
Garry had a bout against Song Kenan at UFC 285 in March this year. That fight, which was stopped in the third round, ended in favor of Ian by technical knockout. He has 12 wins and no losses on his record.
Magny defeated Phil Rowe by split decision at UFC on ABC 5 in June. Neal has 28 wins and ten losses.
