Manager Alexander Skaredin stated in an interview with Telecomasia.net that Nikita Krylov will not compete in the upcoming UFC Fight Night 248 event in Macau. However, the organization is actively searching for an opponent for him to participate in the final events of the year, which will be held in Nevada and Las Vegas.
Alexander Skaredin exclusively for Telecom Asia Sport
Krylov won’t be fighting at the upcoming event. There aren’t any suitable opponents. We have strongly requested the UFC to arrange a fight for him before the year ends. After Macau, there are two events in the U.S. where we could participate. We are currently waiting for news from the UFC. They are trying to find an opponent.
It’s worth mentioning that Nikita Krylov was scheduled to fight on November 16 at UFC 309, but his opponent, Azamat Murzakanov, withdrew due to injury. Krylov last fought in March 2023 at UFC Fight Night 221 against Ryan Spann. He has a professional record of 29 wins and 9 losses.
