A middleweight matchup between American fighters Joe Pyfer and Kelvin Gastelum, scheduled for March 30 at UFC on ESPN 64, has been canceled.

Reports indicate that Pyfer was pulled from the fight due to health issues.

Joe Pyfer hasn't stepped into the octagon since June 2024, when he defeated Marc-André Barriault by first-round knockout at UFC 303. His record stands at 13 wins and 3 losses.

Kelvin Gastelum last fought in June 2024 at UFC on ABC 6, securing a unanimous decision victory over Daniel Rodriguez. His record includes 19 wins and 9 losses, with one fight ruled as a no contest.
