American UFC fighter Josiah Harrell announced through social media that he is raising $80,000 for brain surgery. The athlete suffers from a rare Moyamoya disease.
Harrell had to withdraw from his UFC debut fight against Australian Jack Della Maddalena in the summer due to the diagnosis.

I hate asking for help. I know that's the little boy in me from childhood and I'm no longer that scared kid. Harrell last fought against Mike Roberts in June 2023 at LFA 160. In that fight, Josiah won by technical knockout in the third round. He has seven wins and no losses to his record in mixed martial arts.
