We’re used to seeing Shavkat not taking the fights to the judges' decisions, but this matchup will be a completely different story. It's unlikely to end early because, for one, Belal is a champion. And he’s not just any champion; he trains with Khabib Nurmagomedov, in a very powerful team. They will outthink Shavkat; everything will be calculated. I believe the fight will go the entire distance, and it will be close until the end.
It’s worth noting that reigning champion Belal Muhammad stated that he will defend his title for the first time against Kazakh fighter Shavkat Rakhmonov. The 36-year-old Muhammad has a record of 24 wins, three losses, and one no contest. Meanwhile, 28-year-old Rakhmonov boasts 18 victories with no losses, finishing off all his opponents early in his fights.
