Arman Tsarukyan in an interview with Ariel Helwani
Do I think there’s going to be an immediate rematch? A trilogy? No. It's going to be Ramadan and I want to fight as soon as possible. In May would be great. Because I gotta make money after [I get the] belt, I'm going to make money. Three fights [in 2025] would be great.
For reference, the first fight between Makhachev and Tsarukyan took place in April 2019 at UFC Fight Night 149, where Islam won by unanimous decision. Makhachev has a record of 26 wins and one loss, while Tsarukyan holds a record of 22 wins and three losses.
