Ilia Topuria, the reigning UFC Spanish-Georgian featherweight champion, has expressed his thoughts on popular football stars Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

I love it [the idea of fighting in Miami]. The one I’m going to personally invite, because he lives there, is Messi. So screw Cristiano as long as Messi exists.
Topuria last entered the octagon in October 2024 during UFC 308, where he won by knockout against Max Holloway in the third round. He has an impressive record of 16 wins and no losses.
Earlier, Topuria expressed his desire to fight lightweight champion Islam Makhachev from Russia.
