The announcement was made by the promotion's CEO Dana White on his social media accounts.
Pereira, 36, last stepped into the octagon in April 2024 at UFC 300, defeating Jamahal Hill by first-round knockout. He has ten wins and two losses on his record.
Prochazka, 31, last fought in April 2024 at UFC 300, defeating Aleksandar Rakic by TKO in the second round. He has 30 wins, four losses and one draw on his record.
