British UFC fighter Darren Till commented on a potential fight between Khamzat Chimaev and former interim welterweight champion Colby Covington.
Darren Till
It's a very good fight. If they fought, I think Khamzat would crush him with power. I'm sure Khamzat's punch is better, and Khamzat would be more powerful in the fight. But if it's going to be a five-round fight, he needs to be as prepared as possible.
Chimaev had his last fight against American Kevin Holland in September of this year at UFC 279. Khamzat won that fight with a choke hold in the first round. He has 12 wins and no losses under his belt.
Covington last appeared in the octagon against his compatriot Jorge Masvidal at UFC 272 in March of this year. That fight ended in Colby's favor by a unanimous decision of the judges. He has 17 wins and three losses under his belt.
