Eddie Hall, named the Strongest Man in 2017, expressed his desire to have a fight with former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor after his victory over Polish MMA fighter Mariusz Pudzianowski.
Hall faced Pudzianowski in the cage on April 26 at KSW 105 in Gliwice, Poland. The fight was stopped in the first round, and Eddie won by technical knockout, marking his debut in MMA.
“I have actually thought about doing bare-knuckle fighting. I’ll say this, the money would have to be right. I love the bare-knuckle scene. I think it’s exciting,” Hall stated, according to MMA Fighting.
I would love to fight Conor McGregor. I think the weight difference would be absolutely comical. There is weight classes for that reason. It would be dangerous, on Conor’s behalf.
McGregor last fought against Dustin Poirier in July 2021 at UFC 264, where he lost by technical knockout after being unable to continue due to a leg injury. His record stands at 22 wins and six losses.
