Sterling last fought against Sean O'Malley this past August at UFC 292. In that confrontation, Aljamain was defeated by technical knockout in the second round. He has 23 wins and four losses on his record.
Holloway's last fight was against The Korean Zombie in August of this year at UFC Fight Night 225. In this confrontation, Max won by knockout in the third round. He has 25 wins and seven losses on his record.
