Brazilian UFC fighter Jean Silva shared his thoughts on a potential matchup against the featherweight champion from Australia, Alexander Volkanovski.

I like him very, very much, but I think this would be a good fight for me. And I could probably go for a knockout in the first or second round.
Recall that on April 13, during UFC 314, Silva submitted American Bryce Mitchell in the second round. Prior to this, he faced Melsik Baghdasaryan in February at UFC Fight Night 252. That fight ended in a technical knockout victory for Silva in the first round. His professional record now stands at 16 wins and 2 losses.
