The Telegram channel Mash reported that the Federal Tax Service (FNS) has frozen the accounts of organizations belonging to UFC Hall of Famer Khabib Nurmagomedov.
According to the source, this action was taken due to the tax debts of the Soccer Ball Museum and the Foundation for Education, Sports, and Social Initiatives. Mash also suggested that the freeze might be related to errors in the documentation. The foundation concealed information about its founders in 2021, and Khabib managed the museum through a non-profit organization.
It is worth mentioning that an enforcement proceeding had previously been initiated against Khabib. The tax service blocked all of his accounts, including those of his charity foundation and Eagle FC league. Nurmagomedov's assets amounting to $805,000 were seized. He later settled the debt.
