RCC Head Klimenko: Mousasi Couldn’t Clearly Say Why He Wouldn’t Fight Shlemenko

In an exclusive interview with Telecomasia.net, Nikolai Klimenko, the head of RCC, discussed the confusing behavior of two-time Bellator champion Dutch fighter Gegard Mousasi, who has shown little interest in a fight against former Bellator middleweight champion Alexander Shlemenko.

Mousasi did not name any specific sum. There wouldn’t be any issues with that. However, for some reason, he couldn’t clearly say why he wasn’t ready to accept the fight.

It's worth noting that neither Alexander Shlemenko nor Gegard Mousasi currently have any fights scheduled. Their first encounter took place in October 2017 at a Bellator event, which ended with Mousasi winning by unanimous decision.
