Famous British UFC fighter Paddy Pimblett reacted to the news that former two-division champion Conor McGregor placed a $500,000 bet on Michael Chandler to knock him out.
Pimblett said during post-fight press conference:
Cheeky b——, cheeky little b——, the Scouse are meant to back each other, I didn’t expect that from Conor, lad. If you wanna come back, Con, I’m here son, I’m waiting.
McGregor's last fight was against Dustin Poirier in July 2021 at UFC 264, where he suffered a technical knockout loss after being unable to continue due to a leg injury. He has a record of 22 wins and six losses.
