Dovletdzhan Yagshimuradov, the winner of the PFL 2024 season, shared the experience of leaving the ACA league in 2020 and hinted at the possibility of returning to the Russian organization in an exclusive interview with Telecomasia.net.
— There were some issues, but nothing serious. There was one league, then the other: ACB and ACA. Initially, we had a bit of trouble coming to an agreement, but after some direct communication, they let me go.
— Do you consider returning?
— Why not? Anything can happen. I was made into a champion in ACA. Did they treat me well and with respect? Absolutely. ACA is one of the best leagues in the world, and the competition is strong.
Recall that in 2024, Yagshimuradov achieved victories against Jacob Nedoh, Simon Biyong, Rob Wilkinson, and Impa Kasanganay, claiming the PFL lightweight season title. He is on a winning streak of seven victories. In 2019, he was the ACA champion.
