Bueno Silva and Holm met in the octagon on July 16 as part of UFC on ESPN 49. In this confrontation, Mayra won by choking submission in the second round. She has 11 wins, two losses and one draw under her belt.

Peña last stepped into the octagon against Amanda Nunes in July 2022 at UFC 277. That fight went the full distance and ended with Julianna losing by unanimous decision of the judges. She has 11 wins and five losses on her record.
