UFC featherweight champion Alexandre Pantoja said he wants to fight against current ONE champion Demetrious Johnson:
I would love to fight this guy. If not fight him, but to train with him down the line. It would be a huge privilege for me. He’s someone I respect a lot, someone that has opened doors for all of us. I think I’ll call him out after the fight.
Pantoja will next step into the octagon against Brandon Royval at UFC 296, which is scheduled to take place on December 17 in Las Vegas, USA.
Pantoja last fought against Brandon Moreno in July of this year at UFC 290. In this confrontation Alexandre won by split decision of judges. He has 26 wins and five losses on his record.
