UFC bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley of the United States has spoken out regarding the upcoming fight between Merab Dvalishvili and Henry Cejudo on Feb. 18 at UFC 298.
MMA News quoted O'Malley as saying:
Sean O'Malley
That’ll be a sweet little short fight. I’m excited to see the little f—kers. That’s as close as you get to little people fighting. It’s pretty sweet because they’re both so skilled and they’re both so short. It’ll be cute. It will be an interesting fight.
Cejudo last fought against Aljamain Sterling this past May at UFC 288. In that confrontation, Henry was defeated by a split decision of the judges. He has 16 wins and three losses on his record.
Dvalishvili last stepped into the octagon against Petr Yan in March of this year at UFC Fight Night 221. That fight lasted the entire distance and ended in Merab's favor by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 16 wins and four losses on his record.
