Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou has revealed who he would like to face in his next MMA bout.
The fighter expressed his desire to square off against the winner of the upcoming fight between PFL champion Renan Ferreira and Bellator heavyweight champion Ryan Bader, set to take place on February 24 in Saudi Arabia.
Ngannou told ESPN:
I think the winner of this is the guy I'm going to fight in my MMA return. It is my intention to return to the sport. When exactly, I think depends on March 8.
On March 8 in Riyadh, Ngannou will have a boxing match against former heavyweight world champion, British boxer Anthony Joshua.
Ngannou made his professional ring debut in October 2023. He faced WBC heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury, with the bout going the distance and resulting in Ngannou's defeat by a split decision.
