Russian MMA fighter Vadim Nemkov, representing Fedor Team, stated in an exclusive interview with Telecomasia.net that Anatoly Malykhin will have a challenging title defense against Oumar Kane.
Vadim Nemkov exclusively for Telecom Asia Sport
I’ve seen a couple of Kane's fights. He has experience in kickboxing and is an African champion in some local wrestling style. His wrestling is unconventional. I wouldn’t call him super technical, but he is very strong, physically powerful, and dangerous. He can hit hard. It won't be an easy fight for Anatoly.
Malykhin is set to enter the cage against Oumar Kane at ONE 169, taking place on November 9 in Atlanta, USA.
The last time Malykhin fought was against Reinier de Ridder in March 2024 at ONE 166 in Qatar. Anatoly won that fight by technical knockout in the third round, earning the ONE Championship middleweight title.
