To recall, on July 28, at UFC 304, Mokaev defeated Manuel Kape by unanimous decision. This marked the last fight of the British fighter under his current contract. After the event, UFC president Dana White announced that the organization would not extend Mokaev's agreement. Mokaev boasts an impressive record of 13 wins and no losses, with one fight deemed a no-contest.
