What happened last night did nothing to solve the problems we faced. But I understand the frustration and recognize the need for action to achieve change. And fast! Believe me, I am much more organized, I have support. Mark my words, Ireland will live to see the changes, the necessary changes. If they don’t adopt a plan to keep Ireland safe soon, I will.
McGregor last fought against Dustin Poirier in July 2021 at UFC 264. In that confrontation, Conor was defeated by technical knockout after breaking his leg.
McGregor is currently riding a streak of two consecutive defeats. Conor's return to the octagon is expected next year. He has 22 wins and six defeats on his record in mixed martial arts.
