Former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor has promised to give a rematch to Max Holloway, who had previously said he wanted to fight him.
"I'd like to fight Conor, because I was the only guy who lost to him by decision at bantamweight. I know he wants to come back, but a fight with him would be very interesting," Holloway said on The MMA Hour show.

Recall that McGregor and Holloway met in the Octagon in August 2013 at UFC Fight Night 26. Conor won that fight by unanimous decision.
McGregor had his last fight against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July 2021. In this confrontation, Conor was defeated by TKO as a result of a broken leg. He has 22 wins and six losses under his belt. Holloway has 24 wins and seven losses.
