French UFC women's flyweight division fighter Manon Fiorot has admitted that she is inspired by the promotion's former lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, and she also wants to leave the UFC undefeated.
According to Fiorot, that's one of the reasons why she's so cautious in her fights, something she's often criticized for.
When I think about my career, I really think about legacy. I know a lot of great champs fight like that [and don’t] take a lot of risks, and I really want to win and get the title. And perhaps when I become champion, I’ll take more risks, but for now I just want to win.
Fiorot, 34, last fought at UFC on ESPN 54 in March 2024, defeating Erin Blanchfield by unanimous decision. She has 12 wins and one loss on her record.
