Hill last stepped into the octagon against Glover Teixeira in January 2023 at UFC 283. That fight went the full distance and ended in Jamahal's favor with a unanimous judges' decision. He has 12 wins and one loss on his record.
On November 12 at UFC 295, Tom Aspinall defeated Sergei Pavlovich by first-round knockout to become the promotion's interim heavyweight champion. He has 14 wins and three losses on his record.
