Irish fighter of Russian origin Artem Lobov sued the former UFC champion in two divisions Conor McGregor, because he believes that he is the one who came up with the idea of Proper Twelve whiskey, and not the scandalous Irishman. This was reported by the Irish Independent.
Lobov is demanding 5% of the amount from McGregor's controlling stake sale. Recall that in April 2021, Conor sold most of his shares of Proper Twelve for $600 million.
McGregor had his last fight against American Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July 2021, losing by TKO in the first round as a result of a broken leg after the first round.
McGregor made his UFC debut against American Marcus Brimage in April 2013. Conor won that fight by TKO in the first round. He has 22 wins and six losses under his belt. Lobov has 13 wins, 15 losses and one draw.
