Former UFC lightweight champion Holly Holm shared her emotions after defeating Yana Santos (Kunitskaya) at UFC on ESPN 43.
Holly Holm
I'm glad to be back, I feel good. I was gone for quite a while, but the fight went great. How do I plan to get to the title? I'm just going to work hard, that's all I have to do. I don't want to challenge anybody. I'll fight any opponent they give me.
Remember, the bout between Holm and Santos, held on the night of March 26 in San Antonio (USA), ended with Holly winning by unanimous decision of the judges (30-26, 30-27, 30-27).
Holm, 41, had previously competed in the UFC Fight Night 206 in May 2022, losing to Ketlen Vieira by split decision. She has 15 wins and six losses under her belt.
