If they thought that we couldn’t make (a fourth fight with Alexander Volkanovski), they probably would have pressed us hard like, ‘Look, you should go to 155.’ And that wasn’t the case. But 155 is not out of the case. It’s there. It’s always there. I don't see that as a problem. I know I can jump there tomorrow if I wanted to, but it’s always great going up with a belt.
Holloway, 31, lost his last fight at UFC 276 in July 2022 to Alex Volkanovski by unanimous decision. He has 23 wins and seven losses under his belt.
Allen, 29, last competed at UFC Fight Night 213 in October 2022, beating Calvin Kattar by TKO in the second round. He has 19 wins and one loss on his record.
